CenterPoint Properties is a privately owned real estate developer based in the Chicago, Illinois suburb Oak Brook, Illinois that owns and develops large industrial real estate tracts particularly intermodal facilities. According to its website it is "the largest owner, manager and developer of industrial real estate in metropolitan Chicago with 26 branded business parks.
